Help
Start with a recording
Add MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4 or MKV. Uploads resume when you reselect the same file in the same browser session. Current processing limits are 1 GiB and two hours. Larger uploaded originals remain preserved if processing stops.
Review the source
Click transcript timestamps to listen. Correct text and name speakers; the original ASR version is preserved separately. Speaker clusters do not prove identity.
Privacy follows each recording
Private recordings are limited to their owner, explicit recipients and super-administrators. Administrators and supervisors in the full reporting hierarchy may also access non-private recordings.
Tone is an interpretation
Happy, sad, confused and angry labels refer to a timestamped passage. They do not establish someone’s feelings, mental health or general character.
Phone logs, later
External call references are reserved for a future phone-system integration. No phone logs are connected or imported.
